Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team Tuesday through Saturday (Day Shift). In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of laboratory procedures, manage specimen processing, and support quality and operational excellence. Your expertise in laboratory techniques, data management, and medical terminology will contribute to accurate diagnostics and improved patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory testing including Microbiology, Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Molecular testing, with accuracy and adherence to established protocols Manage laboratory information systems (LIMS) for data entry, sample tracking, and result reporting Perform clinical laboratory procedures in compliance with safety and regulatory standards Interpret test results and ensure quality control standards are met for accurate reporting Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory activities, equipment calibration, reagent inventory, and compliance with regulatory requirements Support laboratory operations including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and adherence to standard operating procedures Requirements Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting with knowledge of standard laboratory techniques Familiarity with laboratory management systems (LIMS) for workflow efficiency and data accuracy Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical laboratory operations Hands-on experience with specimen collection requirements and specimen processing Ability to follow aseptic techniques while performing laboratory procedures to prevent contamination Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with healthcare team members Closing Statement Join us as a Laboratory Technologist and play a key role in delivering high-quality laboratory services that support patient care.
