Medical Technologist /
Medical Laboratory Technician Night Shift Location:
Durand, Michigan A healthcare facility in mid-Michigan is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.
Position Details:
Full-time, permanent opportunity Night shift schedule 7 on / 7 off rotation Competitive compensation and full benefits package Stable laboratory environment with strong team culture
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing Analyze and report accurate test results Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation Follow quality control and laboratory safety procedures Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
Requirements:
ASCP certification preferred or eligible Associate or Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Previous laboratory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on night shift This is a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance with a consistent 7 on / 7 off schedule in a welcoming Michigan community.
