Job Description

Stellis Health is looking for a full-time Medical Lab Technician to join our team. Join the team. And the family. Stellis Health has been caring for community members in and around Wright County for 70 years. With locations in Buffalo and Monticello, we are a well-established multispecialty practice that is dedicated to remaining independent and community-focused.
Position Summary:
The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for providing accurate laboratory services to support high quality patient care. Essential Functions Greet patients Collect specimens and samples Perform routine medical laboratory tests Quality control and calibration Maintain lab equipment Utilize EMR and LIS to report results Education/Qualifications Medical Lab Tech (MLT) degree required Minimum of 1 year of medical laboratory experience EMR experience, Epic preferred Excellent customer service and patient care skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Benefits Overview Competitive salary Comprehensive benefit package 401K Paid holidays Paid Time Off At Stellis Health, you'll play an important role in the health of our communities, surrounded by supportive team members.
