60 sem hrs w adequate course break-down AND training or experience). High school graduates with appropriate training who are performing high complexity testing on or before 4/25/95, will continue to qualify. Must meet CLIA 88 standards. Or if prior to 4/24/95, have graduated from a medical laboratory school that has been approved or have completed a 50-week military training course.
