Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Contribute your expertise in laboratory diagnostics as a valued team member providing vital support to patient care. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Generalist with experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, adept at handling a variety of lab analyses and instrumentation.

3rd shift
Key Qualifications:
Certified or eligible as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MLS, MT, or equivalent) Clinical laboratory generalist experience preferred, with competency in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with laboratory instruments and assays Excellent attention to detail and adherence to established protocols Ability to efficiently manage workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Vaccine compliance is required in accordance with health and safety policies
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret laboratory tests across multiple departments ensuring accurate and timely results Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment to ensure optimal operation Document and report findings with precision, supporting clinicians in diagnostic decision-making Adhere to strict quality control, safety, and infection prevention standards Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals to ensure continuous, high-quality service throughout the shift
