Skills & Qualifications:
ASCP or AMT certification is required Experience as a Medical Technologist or MLT in a hospital or clinical laboratory Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and testing procedures Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to accuracy and patient safety
Responsibilities:
Perform, analyze, and interpret a range of laboratory tests with precision Maintain records, ensure equipment calibration, and adhere to quality control protocols Work collaboratively with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to deliver timely, reliable results Stay current on laboratory techniques and comply with all regulatory standards
