Qualifications:
Current ASCP or AMT certification required Experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician (Generalist role) Ability to perform a wide variety of general laboratory procedures confidently and accurately Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Commitment to high standards in patient care and lab safety
Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests across multiple disciplines as a Generalist Analyze and interpret findings with precision Ensure proper operation and maintenance of lab equipment Uphold rigorous standards of quality control and compliance Work collaboratively with other lab professionals and healthcare providers Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting
