Anatomic Pathology Location:

New York, NY Shift:

Monday-Friday | 35 Hours/Week We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist with a strong background in Anatomic Pathology to oversee key laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed laboratory professional with supervisory experience to join a leading healthcare organization in New York City.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the Anatomic Pathology laboratory Supervise Histology, Cytopathology, Gross Room, and Mortuary lab functions Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, policies, and quality protocols Support workflow management, staff coordination, and operational efficiency Participate in laboratory expansion initiatives and process improvements Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Active NYS Histotechnologist (HT) License required Minimum 4 years of experience in Anatomic Pathology Supervisory or management experience required Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Physical Sciences, or equivalent laboratory experience Experience overseeing laboratory operations preferred Strong understanding of Histology, Cytopathology, and Gross Room procedures
