Medical Technologist E-Solutions IT Services Private Limited - 3.4 Cleveland, OH Job Details Contract $28 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications ASCP Certification Data management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our dynamic clinical laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and research initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in laboratory techniques, specimen processing, and data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. The Medical Technologist will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of laboratory operations and contributing to advancements in medical science. Duties Conduct a variety of laboratory tests including immunoassays, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay), flow cytometry, and other specialized assays to analyze biological samples. Perform specimen collection and processing procedures such as venipuncture, blood sampling, RNA extraction, DNA isolation, and blood banking techniques with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques. Manage laboratory data efficiently using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and ensure accurate documentation of test results. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, microscopes, flow cytometers, and analyzers; troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Support clinical trials and research laboratory projects by preparing reagents, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and documenting findings comprehensively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical laboratory operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results within the context of patient physiology and medical terminology. Assist with specimen collection procedures such as blood banking, phlebotomy, and vital signs monitoring when necessary. Contribute to laboratory management tasks including inventory control, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper specimen storage.

ASCP certification preferred, not required Covid Card ( Medical/Religious Exemptions Will Approve)
