52 Weeks Job Summary A skilled Medical Technologist is needed to perform and analyze laboratory tests in a clinical setting. This role involves working with complex laboratory procedures, ensuring accuracy of results, and supporting physicians with critical diagnostic information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory science, quality control processes, and the ability to interpret and validate test results. Key Responsibilities Perform and interpret laboratory tests at all complexity levels Apply knowledge of scientific principles and laboratory methodologies Correlate abnormal test results with potential pathological conditions Validate test results and determine the need for additional testing Monitor and verify quality control standards and procedures Communicate test results, reference ranges, and specimen requirements to appropriate personnel Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, Clinical, or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution Certifications AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred Qualifications ASCP Certification (preferred but not required) Core Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results Understanding of quality control and validation processes Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC:
