MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
(Clinical Applications Support) Columbus, OH Help laboratories deliver life-changing diagnostic results by bringing your technical expertise directly to customers as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
MUST-HAVES
Required Education & Certification:
BS in Medical Technology or related field MT (ASCP)
Certification Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Technologist Strong understanding of QC/Westgard rules Working knowledge of CLSI validation protocols Familiarity with IQCP and regulatory requirements
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in the greater Columbus, OH area (no relocation assistance available)
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will serve as the technical expert who ensures laboratories get the most from advanced diagnostic instrumentation. This position combines your clinical laboratory expertise with customer-facing support to solve real-world operational challenges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide operational and technical support for laboratory instrumentation across the greater Columbus, OH region Deliver both in-person and remote customer support to help labs optimize their testing capabilities Apply your deep knowledge of quality control, validation protocols, and regulatory standards to guide customers Travel to customer sites as needed (some overnight travel required) Leverage comprehensive product training provided by a well-established medical device manufacturer
