Qualifications:

Certification as MLT (Medical Lab Technician) or Medical Technologist, with ASCP or MT required Demonstrated experience in Blood Banking Proficient in phlebotomy Strong attention to detail and adherence to lab protocols Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments

Responsibilities:

Perform a broad spectrum of laboratory tests, focusing on blood banking procedures and specimen analysis Collect specimens using safe and accurate phlebotomy techniques Accurately document and report test results, maintaining compliance with all laboratory regulations Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation Collaborate with clinical staff to support high-quality patient diagnostics Uphold safety standards, quality control, and infection prevention protocols
