Key Qualifications:

Certification as an MLT (Medical Lab Technician) or Medical Technologist ASCP or MT certification required Proficiency in blood banking procedures Experience with phlebotomy techniques Strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality standards in a laboratory setting Excellent analytical and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols Handle blood banking procedures, including specimen processing and cross-matching Perform phlebotomy as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort Validate and report accurate laboratory results in a timely manner Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
