Day Shift Description:
Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Medical Technologist to join our team!

Provides accurate and diagnostic and therapeutic test results to the responsible health care provider with minimal supervision and using appropriate laboratory equipment. Candidate will work in Blood Bank department.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard laboratory procedures across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology. Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers. Accurately process and evaluate specimens, ensuring proper labeling and identification. Maintain laboratory safety standards and adhere to infection control protocols. Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and continuing education. Communicate effectively with team members, departments, and patients. Assist with inventory management and inspection readiness.
