Qualifications:
Credentialed as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or equivalent Current, valid certification and licensure as required for state practice Proficient in routine laboratory procedures, including specimen collection, analysis, and reporting Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, etc.) Analyze and interpret results in accordance with established guidelines Maintain and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory instruments Ensure meticulous documentation and quality control compliance Collaborate efficiently with clinical staff to support high-quality patient outcomes Adhere strictly to infection control and safety regulations
