Schedule/Hours:
4x10 hour shifts, Day or Evening shift options
Key Qualifications:
ASCP or AMT certification required Minimum of Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field Must demonstrate Generalist competency across core laboratory disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.) Previous experience as Medical Technologist or MLT, preferably in diverse hospital or clinical settings Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organization skills
Core Responsibilities:
Perform and validate diagnostic laboratory tests following established protocols Accurately document and analyze test results within required turnaround times Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Strictly adhere to quality assurance and safety standards
