Responsibilities:
Perform high-complexity clinical laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation and automated analyzers Ensure quality control procedures and standards are consistently met Accurately document and interpret results, promptly reporting findings to medical staff Maintain compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with fellow laboratory professionals to optimize workflow
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field Current certification as MLT (ASCP) or MT/MLS (ASCP) or equivalent Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting preferred Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
