Up to $10,000 Educational Assistance Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Paid Time Off Available The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for conducting routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens to support accurate and timely patient diagnosis and care. This role requires expertise in performing moderate and high-complexity tests while adhering to strict quality control standards, laboratory protocols, and regulatory guidelines. The Medical Lab Technician is also tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information.

Education :

Associate Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology required or Technical School completion of an official military Medical Laboratory Procedures course (50 weeks minimum) and holding the military occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist required

Certifications :

MLT - Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist required, ASCP or AMT Certification required

Qualifications :

0-2 years of acute care laboratory experience required Shift 12 hour shifts, No Call Days and nights
