What You'll Do:
Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures across various sections including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and more Process and handle patient specimens, ensuring proper collection and documentation Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments such as Sysmex and Abbott Alinity analyzers Ensure quality control measures are followed and results are accurately calculated and entered Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new testing protocols Assist in developing and updating laboratory procedures Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Collaborate with medical staff and team members to deliver accurate and timely results
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field from an accredited institution Certification as
MLS/MT/CLS/MLT
from recognized certifying agencies (ASCP, AMT, AAB, HHS) Minimum of 3 years' experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting Experience with Sysmex, Abbott Alinity, or EPIC systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work multiple shifts and adapt to varying schedules About the
