Schedule:

7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Three 12-hour shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital laboratory environment Thorough understanding of laboratory procedures and best practices Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and safety protocols Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of laboratory tests and analyses, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment Adhere to all regulatory and quality control standards Support specimen collection, processing, and overall lab workflow Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide critical laboratory data
