Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting agency. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. Documented experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting. Proficiency with a range of laboratory equipment and procedures. Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
