• About the role:
• The Heart & Vascular Regional Clinical Educator leads education and professional development initiatives supporting Heart and Vascular services across the region. This role partners with clinical, operational, and physician stakeholders to assess learning needs, support competency development, and advance quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
• This position requires cardiology expertise, experience in clinical education, and the ability to support staff development across multiple sites.
• Your Role Within the

Team:

• + Lead regional education and professional development for Heart and Vascular services.

+ Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted education strategies. + Design and facilitate onboarding, orientation, practice transitions, and continuing education. + Provide foundational education, skills validation, and competency support for procedural teams. + Support quality, safety, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives. + Serve as a clinical education resource promoting professional growth and lifelong learning.

• Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience Requirements:

• + Required
• 2 years of Cardiology experience + Preferred
• Teaching or clinical education experience

• Education Requirements:

• + Required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field
• OR•+ Required•Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field •

Certifications:

• + Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) + Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
