Position Summary A Radiology Clinical Educator combines clinical practice with teaching and educational responsibilities, focusing on advancing the field of radiology through education. Responsibilities Along with the responsibilities of a Radiographer instruct Radiology students in radiology principles, practices and procedures participate in the development and refinement of educational experiences and materials take on leadership roles in education initiatives within radiology provide guidance and mentorship to students contribute to the improvement of educational quality and patient care through evidence-based practice Qualifications internal LMH Radiographer working dayshift hours which align with the hours that students primarily attend clinical rotations strong communication skills, effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences work effectively with multidisciplinary teams a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and fostering learning a solid foundation in clinical radiology practice knowledge of teaching methodologies, development and assessment techniques a dedication to advancing knowledge and contributing to the field of medical education Licking Memorial Health Systems is an equal opportunity employer and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
