Day Shift We are seeking an experienced Clinical Staff Educator - Surgery to join a dynamic healthcare team in Hermiston, OR! This role is ideal for an experienced OR Registered Nurse with a passion for education, staff development, and quality improvement.

Requirements:

Current Oregon RN License

BLS/HCP CPR

Certification

ACLS, PALS & CNOR

Required Minimum 5 Years Hospital Nursing Experience Minimum 3 Years OR Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required Teaching/Education experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

Experience developing and teaching educational programs Simulation training/manikin experience Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of EHR systems and

Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities:

Educate and train clinical staff Develop educational programs with department leaders Support quality improvement initiatives Conduct staff evaluations and learning assessments Utilize simulation software and training tools

Pay:

$2,700.00 - $2,900.00 per week
