About Agnes Medical Agnes Medical is building a national network of highly skilled clinical educators to support the growth and adoption of our RF-based technologies. Our Clinical Trainer Program is designed to elevate clinical outcomes through hands-on education, peer-to-peer learning, and real-world application in medical aesthetic practices. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and self-sufficient clinical trainers who can represent the brand at a high level and deliver exceptional in-field training experiences. Role Overview As a Field Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site clinical education, supporting providers in adopting Agnes technology, and ensuring safe, effective treatment implementation. This is a per diem, independent contractor role ideal for experienced aesthetic providers who enjoy teaching, traveling, and working autonomously. What You'll Do
Deliver in-office clinical trainings and hands-on education to medical providers
Provide clear, confident instruction on device usage, treatment protocols, and patient selection
Represent Agnes professionally in clinical settings, events, and demos
Travel to assigned trainings nationwide as needed
Manage your own travel logistics and scheduling coordination once assigned
Communicate effectively with internal team and accounts What We're Looking For
Strong clinical background in aesthetics (RN, NP, PA, MD, or experienced licensed provider)
Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a clinical or aesthetic setting
Experience with energy-based devices (RF, microneedling, injectables strongly preferred)
Agnes experience highly preferred
Excellent communication and teaching ability
High level of professionalism and confidence in front of providers
Ability to operate independently without oversight This Role is NOT for
Someone Who:
Needs step-by-step direction or constant support
Has limited availability or strict travel restrictions
Is uncomfortable flying or traveling frequently
Cannot manage their own logistics (flights, hotels, transportation)
Is not confident leading trainings independently This Role IS for
Someone Who:
Takes ownership and can run a training from start to finish
Is flexible and available for travel on varying schedules
Enjoys teaching and helping other providers succeed
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
