What You'll Do:

Support individuals with IDD in finding and maintaining community-based employment Provide personalized job coaching, career exploration, and soft skills development Build strong partnerships with local businesses to create inclusive hiring opportunities Advocate for your clients' success by promoting natural supports and workplace accommodations Monitor progress and celebrate every milestone, big or small Keep organized documentation and communicate with families, guardians, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Valid Washington Driver's License Proof of Liability Insurance Acceptable Driving Record Reliable Car Must be able to pass background check First Aid/CPR (within 30 days) Why Join Us?
