Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various nursing specialties. As a nurse at Milton Jefferson, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly. Assist with sterile processing and laboratory procedures when required. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support patients in assisted living environments, ensuring their comfort and safety. Skills Proficient in performing physical examinations and patient assessments. Experience sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and the ability to interpret lab results. Ability to provide care for inpatient settings, including monitoring vital signs and administering treatments. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education. Compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
