We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support quality operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and reduce defects
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Assist with audits, compliance activities, and quality reporting
- Support continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications :
? Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably
ISO 9001
? Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) ? Experience with Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies ? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ?
