Job Description

Washington County Regional Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our Administration team. This role is instrumental in improving patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting quality initiatives throughout the organization. The Quality Coordinator collects, analyzes, and reports quality and performance data to support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with providers, leadership, and staff, this position helps identify opportunities to enhance the quality of care delivered to our patients. Key Responsibilities ✔ Analyze quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory data ✔ Support and lead quality improvement initiatives ✔ Monitor compliance with hospital, accreditation, and regulatory standards ✔ Conduct audits and evaluate performance measures ✔ Prepare quality reports and present findings to leadership ✔ Educate staff on quality processes and best practices ✔ Participate in root cause analysis and patient safety initiatives ✔ Collaborate with departments to improve outcomes and operational efficiency ✔ Serve as a resource for quality-related questions and performance improvement efforts
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred:
