OVERVIEW

This position is to provide a management system, leadership, and guidance to the quality supervisors and inspectors. This role also ensures completion of the PPAP processes for new and transfer programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Day-to-day Quality Management Expectations:

Provides leadership, training, and guidance to the Quality Auditors to ensure that all company goals are met. Implement quality procedures to ensure customer standards are met. Provides the plant with a central point of management for quality assurance. Supports continuous process improvement functions. Process checking/methodologies

Monthly Management Review:

Assists in the advanced planning of new jobs. Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates to optimize their performance and personal and professional growth. Participates as part of a cross-functional problem-solving team to aid in the corrective action of any discrepant product as identified by the customer.

Auditor Trainings/Conducts Audits:

Maintains documentation that assists the quality, engineering, and production departments. Provides statistical documentation for continued process improvement. Participates in safety audits/surveys as required: Responsible for accident prevention activities in assigned department.

Interprets Blueprints Interpret Gage Calibrations Design Reviews Organizations Interprets PPAP/Annual Validations:

Responsible for PPAP submissions which includes the creation of Control Plans, FMEA's, Flow Diagrams, and Gage R&R studies. Customer visits are needed to promote customer satisfaction. Management Representative for

Administers and oversees all components of the IATF systems. Commitment to IATF and CCT Enterprises philosophies. Supports continuous process improvement functions. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Four-year bachelor's degree a minimum of four (4) years experience in the quality arena. Extensive knowledge of

APQP & SPC.

Understanding of quality systems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Good communication, people, organizational, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. Computer literacy. Motivated self-starter. Ability to work unsupervised.

PLANT PERFORMANCE RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Daily contact and interaction with all levels of staff as well as company customers.
