Full Time The Senior Clinical Quality Program Manager leads the coordination and execution of complex, enterprise-wide clinical quality programs with multiple interconnected workstreams. This role ensures alignment, regulatory compliance, and effective management of project interdependencies, risks, and resources to drive successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing initiatives that improve clinical quality, reduce preventable harm and costs, and enhance care delivery. The manager serves as a central liaison among stakeholders, supports documentation and risk adjustment efforts, and coordinates activities across clinical, IT, and analytics teams. Additional duties include project planning, resource management, issue escalation, and facilitating meetings. This role also drives improvements across people, processes, analytics, and technology, while partnering with stakeholders to align clinical quality initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Requirements:
Education:
Master's degree or Master's candidate required in a healthcare-related field such as Healthcare Quality, Nursing, Public Health, Health Policy, Business Administration, Health Administration, Physical Sciences, or Technology . Completion of an accredited Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy or Physician's Assistant program is preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare-focused process or quality improvement , consulting, or leadership roles, applying quality improvement, change management, and project management methodologies Experience leading or contributing to quality improvement initiatives using tools such as root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, flowcharting, and Lean/Six Sigma or
PDSA/PDCA
methods Skilled in applying quality measurement techniques, including sampling, statistical analysis, and process control Experience testing, implementing, scaling, and sustaining process improvements Proven ability to collaborate with frontline staff to analyze issues, test solutions, and measure outcomes Experience teaching quality improvement methods and facilitating project teams Ability to partner with senior leadership to launch initiatives, report outcomes, and drive organization-wide improvements
