3 days/week, including Tuesdays onsite in the Grand Rapids office; including an on-call rotation

Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join Our Team Atrio Home Care is seeking a part-time Quality Review Clinician to support our Grand Rapids and Lakeshore teams. This role reports to the Quality Review Manager and is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician passionate about quality, compliance, and improving patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate, complete clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines Review charts and observe practices to evaluate quality of care and staff performance Serve as a clinical resource while communicating regulatory updates and best practices Promote integrity and accuracy of clinical data through collaboration with staff Partner with Finance to address and resolve reimbursement-related issues Support quality initiatives, including policy development, committee participation, and compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards Provide coverage for the Quality Review Manager as needed Maintain in-office presence on Tuesdays Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 1:8) Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Michigan Valid Michigan driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Required:

Certified home health experience with strong expertise in chart review Possesses and demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Home Health regulations and

COPs Required:

Minimum of 3 years of OASIS experience

Preferred:

OASIS certification (COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS) and coding experience in Home Health (HCS-D or BCHH-C), but not required Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and ability to stay current with industry changes Experience with MatrixCare EMR preferred Why Join Atrio?
