Quality Manager Position Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality, ensuring that manufactured products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. This role drives quality initiatives, maintains the integrity of the quality management system, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and promote company-wide quality policies and objectives Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility Establish and monitor measurable quality objectives aligned with business goals Oversee and maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) Conduct management reviews and ensure QMS compliance during system changes Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction and product quality performance Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related communication internally and externally Ensure alignment of resources to support quality initiatives and improvement activities Communicate quality expectations and requirements across all levels of the organization Support audits, including internal, customer, and regulatory audits Lead and develop quality team members, including performance management and coaching Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and drive decision-makingQualifications:
