This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading quality initiatives, analyzing performance data, and supporting regulatory readiness in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with Directors of Nursing, Therapy, and operational leaders to drive improvement plans Support survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts Track, trend, and report key quality metrics and outcomes Provide education and guidance on quality improvement processes and best practices Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) license required 3+ years of experience in healthcare (long-term care, rehab, or post-acute preferred) Experience with QAPI, quality improvement, infection control, or compliance strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work across multiple sites and teams
