Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality & Practice Performance Specialist with experience in healthcare quality and value-based care to work directly with physician practices. This role is focused on helping practices improve quality performance, shared savings outcomes, and value-based care metrics across Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Responsibilities include:
Working directly with existing practices in our network Reviewing quality and care gap opportunities Educating office staff and providers on quality measures and performance improvement Helping practices improve shared savings and incentive outcomes Assisting with patient outreach and workflow improvements Presenting reports, opportunities, and recommendations to practices Acting as an ongoing relationship and support resource for offices The ideal candidate should understand: Healthcare quality metrics Value-based care / shared savings programs HEDIS and preventive care measures IPA or managed care environments How physician offices operate day-to-day This is not a sales role. The focus is on supporting and growing existing practice relationships by improving outcomes, quality scores, and overall performance. Experience working with physician practices, IPAs, MSOs, managed care organizations, or quality improvement programs is required.
