We support health plans, health systems, and value-based organizations by reaching members where they are — in their homes and communities — to improve access, close care gaps, and reduce avoidable utilization. As a tech-enabled, field-based care delivery organization, our teams provide a range of services including preventive care, chronic condition support, transition-of-care visits, member engagement, and navigation. We operate with a focus on high-quality member experience, operational excellence, and coordinated care across clinical and administrative teams.
Pay :
$28 - 32/hr Benefits package: Health, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k)/retirement; disability Job Summary The Clinical Quality Assurance professional oversees regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and data integrity. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our mobile healthcare delivery systems operate at the highest level of excellence, strictly adhering to best practices and evolving regulatory landscapes. Core Responsibilities Conduct internal process audits and external site or vendor audits to verify adherence to clinical protocols. Review and maintain clinical records and documentation to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Identify, document, and troubleshoot quality issues, and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions. Provide education and training to clinical staff on regulatory requirements, data handling, and quality standards. Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and prepare internal teams through mock audits and training sessions. Develop and implement quality management systems. Prepare and present quality assurance reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Qualifications BSN degree preferred. RN or LPN license required. Quality Assurance certificate. 1-3 years of quality assurance experience in healthcare (hospital, nursing home, home health, paramedic). Familiar with OSHA, The Joint Commission or CARF regulatory standards. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy for patients. Comfort using scheduling platforms, Microsoft Teams, email, and digital communication tools. Ability to coordinate transportation logistics and provide patient support. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate clearly via phone, email, or video platforms.
