Full reimbursement provided What You'll Do As an RN Field Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor field staff, and ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, compliant care. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Supervise, mentor, and support field nurses and caregivers Perform supervisory visits and clinical evaluations Provide staff orientation, education, and ongoing training Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards Review clinical documentation for accuracy and quality Collaborate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Support quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives Participate in on-call rotation Partner with agency leadership to improve clinical outcomes and operational effectiveness Contribute to agency growth through strong clinical leadership and patient-centered care QualificationsRequired Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing BSN from an accredited nursing program Home health or home care supervisory experience Experience with OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area Preferred Case management experience Knowledge of Joint Commission standards Pediatric and adult patient care experience Experience leading clinical teams in a home healthcare setting Who Thrives in This Role?
