Job Description
Job Summary Comcare Support Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to serve as our Clinical Team Lead , providing leadership, clinical oversight, and high‐quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are a mission‐driven, trauma‐informed behavioral health agency committed to excellence, compassion, and expanding access to care. We're looking for a strong clinician who can lead with integrity, support staff development, and help grow our programs and community impact. Responsibilities Clinical Assessments — Conduct mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment recommendations. Team Leadership — Lead, mentor, and clinically support a team of QMHPs, case managers, and skills trainers. Supervision & Oversight — Provide clinical supervision, including evening and weekend supervision and documentation review . Policy & Quality Improvement — Strengthen clinical policies, ensure compliance, and support continuous quality improvement. Community Networking — Build referral relationships with schools, hospitals, shelters, and community agencies. Program Development — Support service expansion and clinical program enhancement. Requirements Active Texas license as
