POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead quality improvement initiatives across a large healthcare system Drive performance improvement through CMS, Vizient, Leapfrog, and USNWR metrics Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and operational teams Analyze clinical data and translate findings into actionable improvement plans Lead multidisciplinary projects focused on patient safety, quality outcomes, and health equity Support evidence-based care delivery and regulatory compliance initiatives
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$97,510 - $122,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package Retirement Benefits Professional Development Opportunities
SCHEDULE
Monday Through Friday Full-Time Position Onsite Role Houston, Texas Location No Travel Required ROLE Lead clinical quality and patient safety improvement initiatives Analyze healthcare performance data and reporting metrics Develop dashboards, reports, and performance recommendations Facilitate quality committees and multidisciplinary workgroups Support regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements Implement Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and process improvement methodologies Collaborate with clinical, analytics, pharmacy, nursing, and operational teams Mentor quality specialists and organizational leaders

Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Or Related Field

Healthcare Experience
REQUIRED
Minimum 7 Years Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, Or Performance Improvement Experience
REQUIRED
Experience Within A Large Acute Care Hospital Or Healthcare System
REQUIRED
Project Management Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Or Robust Process Improvement Certification
REQUIRED
Experience With Data Analytics And Performance Improvement
REQUIRED
Experience Supporting CMS, Vizient, Leapfrog, USNWR, Or Similar Quality Programs
REQUIRED
Excel Proficiency
