Job Description

Barry County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking Community Health Workers to join our integrated team. Community Health Workers support individuals and families by connecting them with needed resources, assisting in care coordination and systems navigation, and through provision of health education. We offer a four-day work week, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling. Must have a valid driver's license. Knowledge of community resources strongly preferred.
