Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Minimum one year experience working on social drivers/determinants of health and available resources within Douglas County required. Completion of Community Health Education didactic training or experience with SODH required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services or related field preferred. Broad knowledge of available local, state and federal programs for assistance in meeting basic needs (food, housing, access to health care, transportation, Medicaid/Medicare, drug assistance programs) preferred. Knowledge of health care and mental health/substance use programs in the area preferred. Nebraska Medicine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
