Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to provide part-time support services to our ten-year-old daughter enrolled in New York State self-directed services. She is a high-energy child who is interested in music, theater, and most other creative endeavors. She loves being out and being a part of her community. She enjoys being with individuals who can meet her energy level with an upbeat, fun personality. Responsibilities Support community habilitation focused on social skills, activities of daily living, and community integration. Assist with participation in recreational, educational (online platforms), and social activities Support relationship-building and peer engagement Provide transportation for community-based activities, including occasional travel Coordinate with the individual's support team and provide some services virtually as appropriate The individual lives with her parents.
