Job Description

We are seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker with a substance use focus! Jackson County, OH
CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III
Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services
  • working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.
All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
Essential Functions:
Assess the strengths and needs of those seeking support for substance use disorder. Perform level of care assessments for treatment placement. Coordinate resources and services for individuals served. Carry out group and individual SUD psychotherapy. Perform routine and timely outreach to referrals and those who experience a lapse in treatment. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client contact and related activities. Attend team meetings, collaborate with community partners, participate in related programs to support individuals served. Maintain a collaborative relationship with behavioral medicine and other teams within ISBH. Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health. Build relationships and network with partners to build substance use program, expand referral base and strengthen community relationships Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
License to perform SUD psychotherapy issued by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. Bachelor's Degree or 3 years related experience in the field. Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness. Experience with multi-need individuals and families. Broad knowledge of community service systems. Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities. Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
