Therapy Assistant

Rehab Therapy Assistant - Regenerative Healthcare Office Flagship Healthcare is seeking a positive, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join our growing regenerative healthcare practice as a Rehab Therapy Assistant. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Confidence, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are important qualities for this position.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00

PM Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting patients throughout their visit Helping patients on and off therapy and rehab equipment Guiding and encouraging patients through prescribed exercises Communicating with patients regarding home therapies and equipment Assisting providers and team members in maintaining smooth patient flow Occasional participation in community outreach events and health expos on the weekends and evenings

Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day Team player with a positive attitude Interest in health, wellness, rehabilitation, or regenerative medicine is a plus All interviews will be conducted in person.
