Job Description

General Description:
This position is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and guiding callers toward high-quality products and formulations that may enhance their overall well-being. This role also involves engaging in informed discussions on a variety of health-related topics, delivering exceptional service through accurate, evidence-based information.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information related to Life Extension products, disease protocols, health conditions, and published content to customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, including ingredients, recommended dosages and proper usage. Research, interpret, and communicate complex health and scientific information in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner within a real-time environment. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively receiving and applying coaching and feedback to enhance performance and the customer experience. Utilize active listening and effective probing techniques to identify customer needs, while efficiently navigating internal systems, delivering accurate and complete information, and documenting interactions for future reference. Periodically review basic laboratory results with customers and provide appropriate product suggestions aligned with organizational guidelines. Maintain consistent reliability and punctuality in adherence to scheduled work hours. Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs, including overtime or schedule adjustments. 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position. Additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science or health related field preferred (e.g., Biology, Dietetics, Nutrition, Nursing, or Health Promotion) Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and general health products preferred Proficiency in online research tools and databases (e.g., PubMed, web-based research platforms) Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate and extract relevant information from both internal and external resources Strong multitasking and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment Ability to remain seated and engaged in desk-based work for extended periods of time
