Blended Case Manager (Carbon-Monroe-Pike Counties)

Starting Pay and Compensation:

Base hourly rate: Up to $25+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience. For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $28+/hour. For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $34+/hour. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. Requirements:
