Job Description

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. We offer a fulfilling career path complemented by a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
Starting Pay and Compensation:
Base hourly rate: Up to $25+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience. For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $28+/hour. For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $34+/hour. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication. Benefits & Additional Incentives Beyond the above

Annual raises:
A steady 3% increase for the first seven years as a token of appreciation for your continued efforts. Professional growth through ongoing paid training, supervision and development opportunities. $500 cell phone stipend of up to annually $2,500 annually for on-call, contingent upon on-call duties performed.
Requirements:
We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria: Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or, Registered nurse; or, High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers Embark on a rewarding journey with Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center, where your efforts contribute to substantial positive change in mental health care across Pennsylvania.
