3x12s, between Monday and Friday, 6:30am to 7:00pm, 7:00pm to 7:30am, OR 11:00am to 10:30pm

Health Screeners:

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Health Screener, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding patient and staff well-being through comprehensive health assessments. In this position, you will conduct health screenings, gather health information, and ensure that safety protocols are followed diligently. Your proactive approach will help create a safe environment while supporting the overall efficiency of the facility's healthcare services.

Responsibilities of Health Screeners:

Administer 3-part questionnaire to incoming patients, family members and visitors Based on answers, advance the person or have the stand aside and contact a member of the facility to medically screen Maintain strict adherence to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding screening outcomes and any concerns Required skills for

Health Screeners:

Reliability Customer-Focus Decision Making (follow the questionnaire guidelines) Efficient knowledge of cell phone usage Familiarity with emergency protocols and urgent care operations Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to accurately identify symptoms and signs during screenings Excellent communication skills to clearly convey screening procedures and findings to diverse populations
