    • 4:00 PM (may vary based on operational needs)
    • Schedule:
    • Flexible; occasional weekends required
    • Float Requirement:
    • Must be willing to travel and float between BayCare facilities as needed
    • Position Summary
    • The•Cytotechnologist•Float•provides high-quality cytology services with a primary home base at•St.
    Joseph's Hospital in Tampa
    • , while floating to other BayCare facilities as needed. This role requires
    • schedule flexibility
    • ,•reliable transportation•, and adaptability to multiple laboratory environments while maintaining BayCare's standards of excellence and patient-centered care.
    • Requirements
    • + ASCP Certified Technologist in Cytology + State of Florida Clinical Laboratory License
    • Cytotechnologist + Bachelor's degree in a related field + _Bachelor's requirement may be waived if certified prior to 1985_ +
    • Preferred:
    • Minimum of 2 years of cytology experience + Hospital experience not required— training available + Ability and willingness to travel between facilities and maintain a flexible work schedule
