$35.16•$54.50 based on experience, full benefits plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION

This Cytotechnologist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review documentation and reports, address abnormal results, troubleshoot technical and methodology issues, and resolve specimen handling problems. Oversee daily operations within the assigned laboratory section, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate specimen processing. Serve as a member of the Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) team providing on-site adequacy evaluation of FNA procedures. Collaborate with the Pathologist for adequate evaluation and sample preparation, ensuring appropriate labeling of specimens and slides. Facilitate inventory management, ensuring that supplies are maintained and resolving any supply-related issues as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of a 12-month CAAHEP accredited Cytotechnology program•new grads welcome ASCP certified Cytotechnologist Minimum of 1 year of Cytotechnology experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Hospital experience is a plus #AllJobs2
