Salary Range:
$54,690.00 - $82,035.00 The Histologist III processes, embeds and stains all types of tissue specimens in the routine laboratory and the special stains area of specialized testing in preparation of histopathological examination. This position requires the exercise of independent judgement and responsibility. Other responsibilities include the training of students and new personnel. Performs testing and reports results on laboratory specimens Thoroughly, accurately and legibly documents test results and quality control Demonstrates basic computer skills Listens well, takes direction and engages in interactive dialogues with others.
